Data Deletion Policy

This Data Deletion Policy (“Policy”) describes how Accelerated Innovation Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”) securely deletes or anonymizes personal data at a user’s request or upon expiration of retention periods. This Policy applies to all personal data collected or maintained in connection with our services at https://go-agents.io and related applications (“Services”).

1. Scope

This Policy covers all personal data you provide to us or that we collect about you, whether through the Site, our Apps, or other interactions.

2. User Rights & Requests

2.1 Right to Delete

  You have the right to request deletion (“erasures”) of your personal data at any time, subject to exceptions below.

2.2 How to Submit

  To request deletion, please email support@itsongo.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• A clear statement that you wish to have all personal data deleted

3. Verification

Before processing, we will verify your identity by matching your request against the personal data we hold. We may request additional information if necessary.

4. Deletion Process & Timeframe

4.1 Acknowledgment

  We will acknowledge receipt of your request within five (5) business days.

4.2 Fulfillment

  We will delete or anonymize your personal data from active systems within thirty (30) calendar days of verification, unless an exception applies.

4.3 Confirmation

  Once completed, we will notify you that your data has been deleted or anonymized.

5. Exceptions & Retention Requirements

We may retain personal data if necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, financial, or corporate recordkeeping).
• Defend or pursue legal claims.
• Maintain security, audit, or fraud-prevention records.
• Comply with third-party platform requirements (e.g., Facebook, Google) or data-processing contracts.

In such cases, we will limit use of retained data to the identified purpose and continue to safeguard it in accordance with this Policy.

6. Anonymization

Where full deletion is not feasible, we will anonymize or pseudonymize the data so that it can no longer be linked to you.

7. Third-Party Systems & Processors

We will instruct any third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processors) to delete your data in accordance with this Policy, unless they have their own lawful basis to retain it.

8. Automated Data

Logs and backups containing your personal data may persist for a limited period. We will purge or overwrite these systems on their regular schedule, no later than 90 days from creation.

9. Contact & Appeals

If you believe we have not complied with your deletion request, you may contact us at support@itsongo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
