2.2 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Services, including but not limited to export controls, data-privacy statutes, and financial-services rules.

2.3 You further agree to comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms, networks, or APIs (e.g., Facebook, Google) that you access or integrate via our Services.

3. Provision of Services

3.1 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

3.2 All features, functionality, and availability of the Services are subject to change at our sole discretion.

4. User Obligations

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 You agree not to:

  – Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.

  – Circumvent any technical restrictions, security measures, or usage limits.

  – Use the Services to infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

  – Transmit malware, spam, or otherwise malicious content.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Fees & Payment

6.1 Any fees for paid Services will be as set forth in your signed agreement, order form, or pricing page.

6.2 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 “Confidential Information” means all non-public information disclosed by either party.

7.2 Each party agrees to:

  – Use Confidential Information solely to perform under these Terms.

  – Protect it with the same standard of care used for its own confidential information (no less than reasonable care).

  – Not disclose it to third parties, except to employees or contractors on a need-to-know basis under similar confidentiality obligations.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8.2 WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9.2 OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accelerated Innovation Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Services, or (c) your violation of applicable law.

11. Term & Termination

11.1 These Terms commence on your first use and continue until terminated.

11.2 Either party may terminate upon 30 days written notice. Accelerated Innovation Inc reserves the right to terminate immediately at its sole discretion if it deems any of these terms have been violated.

11.3 Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Services and delete all copies of documentation.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting a updated version at www.go-agents.io/terms. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.2 Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

15. Severability
